The scene opens with a young woman walking down a busy street in high heels and a short skirt. As she walks, her eyes dart nervously around, as if she's trying not to draw attention to herself. Suddenly, a gust of wind blows up her skirt, revealing her bare panties underneath. She quickly tries to adjust her clothing, but it's too late - a group of men standing nearby have already gotten an eyeful. They start whistling and catcalling at her, making her blush furiously. The camera zooms in on her face as she struggles with whether or not to keep walking or turn around and confront them. Eventually, she decides to keep going, but the incident has clearly shaken her. Later that day, she finds herself in front of a computer screen, watching a video of a woman being teased by a group of men. As she watches, she starts to feel a strange sense of arousal building inside her. She begins to touch herself, imagining what it would be like to be in the same situation. Suddenly, the doorbell rings - it's a delivery man with a package for her. When he hands it over, she sees that it's a pair of handcuffs and a note from someone who saw her on the street earlier. The note reads: I can't wait to see how you react when you're really pushed to your limits.
